DSL 16000 schickt über irc nur mit 30kb/s

Hi

hab seit 3 wochen nun dsl 16000 zuhause, aber kanns immer nur am WE gebrauchen da ich unter der woche am studieren bin. Wollte nun mal ausprobieren wie schnell ich im IRC schicken kann und kann da nur mit 30kb/s schicken? muss man da noch irgendwas einstellen? hab bisher nur ports freigegeben

bei dem speedtest hat er auch die 107kb/s die er machen sollte
hab bei tcp optimizer die werte auf optimal settings gestellt, qos deaktiviert und PPoe aktiviert
