Dsl 16000 mit nur 50 KBytes - zugeschlagen!

Hallo Leute, biete hier ein neues DSL 16000 mit maximaler Download Geschwindigkeit von 50 KBytes ... kein Witz!
Naja bin für jeden Tipp dankbar! Habe das Problem erst seit ca. 1 Woche. Vorher lief alles glatt.

Dieses Programm TCP Optimizer habe ich auf 16.000 eingestell und auf optimal Settings.

Okay hatte das Modem mal komplett vom Strom getrennt und anscheind scheint es jetzt wieder zu funktionieren:
